2. Confirm Date and Time:

Once you've decided on a date and time for the party, please confirm it with us.

3. Expected Number of Children:

Please confirm the expected number of children attending one week before the party date via email to info@fitnfunacademy.com.au​

4. Pay Booking Deposit:

Secure your booking by paying an $80 booking deposit to the following details:

• Account Number: 1031 4363

Note: The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be used towards any program within 2 terms if you need to change your plans or circumstances.

5. Party Costs

Up to 10 children  $300 ​ 

         

 Up to 15 children  $390   

       

Each additional child   $24 each

We are excited to help celebrate your child's special gymnastics birthday with our exclusive venue hire of the Gymnasium and party area for 2.5 hours

6. What we provide:

• Party hosted by our qualified coaches

• Fully structured program for fun activities on state-of-the-art equipment

• Party tables, chairs, tablecloths, plates, cups and napkins.

• Access to microwave, fridge, freezer and kettle.

7. What you provide:

• All party food and drinks (Soft drinks available for $3.20 and Coffee for $4)

• Party decorations
